About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Human Resources to join their executive leadership team and play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the global human capital strategy. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader, responsible for all HR functions, including talent acquisition, organizational development, culture and engagement, and compliance. This role demands a strategic partner who can drive business performance through people strategies that align with the company's goals and long-term vision. Key responsibilities for the VP of HR include developing and executing an enterprise-wide HR strategy, fostering a high-performance culture, leading change initiatives, and championing employee engagement and retention. The role also involves overseeing the development of competitive compensation and benefits strategies, ensuring HR practices are compliant with labor laws, and implementing HR technologies for efficiency and strategic insights. Applicants for the VP of HR position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with a Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 6 years in an executive-level role, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading HR strategy in a large, complex, and multi-national corporate environment, as well as experience in driving organizational change, culture transformation, and talent development. Strong knowledge of global labor laws, HR compliance, and corporate governance is essential, and HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent are a plus.
