The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Business Unit President and senior leadership, driving a people-first agenda that aligns with the company's mission, values, and long-term business strategy. This pivotal role requires a proven HR executive with a track record of leading cultural transformation, workforce modernization, and driving organizational effectiveness. The VP of HR will be responsible for shaping the future of the organization by guiding the people strategy that enables business transformation, accelerates growth, and elevates employee engagement. Core competencies for success in this role include strategic leadership, talent and workforce transformation, culture and engagement, organizational design, change management, executive coaching, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in large, complex, global organizations, preferably in aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or technology. They should possess exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills, and a strong understanding of labor markets, regulatory environments, and future-of-work trends.
