The HR Business Analyst provides analytical support and insights to optimize HR processes and drive strategic decision-making. As a subject matter expert in analytics, this role is responsible for analyzing HR data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions to enhance employee engagement, talent acquisition, performance management, and workforce planning. Working without supervision, the HR Business Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develops, defines, and oversees key HR metrics and analytics strategy.
- Generates strategic and actionable reports, dashboards, and tools to support data-driven HR decision-making and process improvements.
- Manages and implements strategies for recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding technology tools, including ATS, CRM, and career portals.
- Provides consultative services for People + Culture programs to ensure effective data management and reporting.
- Creates reporting solutions by evaluating current processes and promoting process improvements.
- Collaborates with stakeholders to assess data needs and generates reports to improve workforce management decisions.
- Maintains data integrity by addressing erroneous or incomplete data and recommending corrections.
- Ensures HR dashboards and reports are updated and maintained in partnership with IT and Analytics teams.
- Communicates with leaders and teams to identify opportunities for data and system improvements.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: 7 years of related experience; HR experience preferred
- Technical Skills: Experience with large ERP systems, Power BI or Tableau, Excel, and reporting writing
