Custom Technologies is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our inbound call center team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

What You'll Do:

• Answer incoming calls with a positive attitude and an eagerness to help.
• Take orders, respond to inquiries, and facilitate collect calls efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure every customer interaction is courteous, respectful, and professional.

Who You Are:

• Fluent in English; bilingual abilities in Spanish are a significant plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle a fast-paced environment with attentiveness and poise.
• Ready to work flexible shifts, showing adaptability and commitment.

Work Hours:

• Flexible part-time to full-time opportunities.
• Shift: 3 PM - 11 PM.

Compensation:

• Starting pay: $10.25 per hour.
