Stationary Restoration Technician (Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:007:30 AM start until job completion (typically 3:305:00 PM)

Position Overview:

This hands-on role is ideal for individuals who enjoy detailed work and want to contribute to restoring personal property affected by fire, water, or mold damage. Based in a well-equipped facility, you'll be part of a team focused on cleaning, organizing, and preparing items for return to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and document incoming contents from restoration projects
• Clean and restore items using specialized equipment and techniques
• Dry and deodorize contents to meet restoration standards
• Repackage and organize items for storage and delivery
• Maintain accurate records of restoration progress and inventory
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor and reliability
• Smartphone required for documentation and communication
• Willingness to learn restoration techniques and grow within the role

Compensation:

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 $22.00
• 90-Day Pay Review: Performance-based evaluation and potential raise
• Bonus Eligibility: Based on team and individual performance
• Double Pay: Available when on-call

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
