Key Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and daily coordination for leadership and staff
- Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Track projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely follow-up
- Maintain well-structured records, files, and shared resources
- Assist with meeting and event coordination, ensuring seamless execution
- Provide proactive administrative support to team members across the organization
Qualifications
- Previous administrative support experience required; backgrounds in hospitality, retail, or customer service are highly valued
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
- Professional presence, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and commonly used file-sharing tools
