Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee scheduling, calendar management, and daily coordination for leadership and staff
  • Draft, review, and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Track projects, deadlines, and action items to ensure timely follow-up
  • Maintain well-structured records, files, and shared resources
  • Assist with meeting and event coordination, ensuring seamless execution
  • Provide proactive administrative support to team members across the organization

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative support experience required; backgrounds in hospitality, retail, or customer service are highly valued
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Professional presence, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and commonly used file-sharing tools
