Overview

Senior Data Analyst – Driving Healthcare’s Data-Driven Future

We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who isn’t satisfied with business-as-usual. This is a career-accelerating opportunity to shape the way data transforms healthcare—improving patient outcomes, optimizing operations, and fueling smarter financial and regulatory performance. As we transition toward population health and shared-savings models, you’ll be at the center—building frameworks, predictive models, and a culture that makes data-driven decisions possible. This role blends hands-on analytics, executive influence, and future team leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead enterprise-level analytics projects that impact clinical, operational, and financial performance.
  • Design and deploy predictive models that drive population health, risk stratification, and shared-savings success.
  • Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for executives, clinicians, and frontline leaders.
  • Define data standards, methodologies, and governance that ensure consistency and trust.
  • Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of curiosity, rigor, and innovation.
  • Partner with clinical and business leaders to shape KPIs, guide strategy, and deliver measurable results.
  • Uphold compliance with HIPAA and data ethics standards.
  • Lay the foundation for a scalable, tech-forward analytics team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of progressive healthcare data analysis experience with advanced statistical modeling and outcomes measurement.
  • Expert in SQL and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker); strong in R, Python, or SAS.
  • Proven track record delivering analytics that drive real-world impact (clinical, financial, or operational).
  • A leadership mindset—skilled at mentoring, influencing executives, and building analytics capabilities.
  • Business acumen in population health, value-based care, risk-sharing, or payer/provider analytics.
  • Exceptional communication—able to make complex analysis clear, concise, and compelling.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred (MPH, MS, MBA, or related).

Why Join Us?

This is not just another analyst role—it’s a chance to:

  • Influence strategy at the highest levels of leadership.
  • Build the foundation of a data-driven healthcare future.
  • Grow into a team leadership role as we expand.

If you thrive on solving complex problems, leading with insight, and shaping the future of healthcare analytics—we want to hear from you.
