$90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Description

The Sr. Data Analyst will play a critical role in analyzing complex datasets to provide actionable insights to sr. leaders that drive business decisions. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively within a SaaS or technology environment.

This organization is a medium-sized project management SaaS company.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and strategies.
  • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous quality checks.
  • Support the implementation of data-driven initiatives across the organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Profile

A successful Sr. Data Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in data analytics, statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
  • Hands on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective communication abilities to present complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to handling data projects.
