Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 5+ years of experience in financial services (BFSI preferred) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong US GAAP knowledge, proficiency in Oracle / SAP, and advanced Excel skills. Experience in large corporate environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting & Compliance: Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and assist in audits.
• General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile accounts, ensuring data accuracy.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement efficiencies in financial workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams to support business objectives.
• Mentorship: Guide junior accountants and foster team growth.
• Internal Controls: Monitor compliance with financial policies.

Must-Have Qualifications

Education: Bachelors in Accounting / Finance (CPA / CMA preferred).

Experience: 5+ years in accounting (BFSI background strongly preferred).

Technical Skills:

• ERP Systems: Oracle, SAP (or similar)
• Advanced Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
• US GAAP expertise
