The Corporate Services team provides customer service and hospitality to employees and clients from the moment they enter a Dimensional building. The Receptionist is responsible for front desk duties and hospitality support. This is an onsite position; remote work will be limited, if available.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet employees and visitors in a professional and friendly manner and escort them to appropriate locations as needed.
- Assist with managing incoming telephone inquiries and field calls appropriately using a call management software program.
- Understand firm and departmental structures, senior management, and company history.
- Monitor department email distribution list and dispatch emails to the appropriate Corporate Services representative.
- Enroll new employees and visitors into badge/pay databases as needed.
- Ensure new employee information is uploaded into the company intranet and applications.
- Assist with meetings and events onsite and understand how they relate to internal department structure.
- Provide information on surrounding area amenities, events and activities to employees and clients as needed.
- Be proactive and solution-oriented when approaching projects and responsibilities.
- Prioritize day-to-day tasks to efficiently manage expectations.
- Keep Reception and lobby clean and organized.
- Uphold building and operational security processes and procedures.
- Serve as a building representative for life, safety, and evacuation procedures.
- Support meetings and events as needed and participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
- Flexible with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Customer focus with the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.

- Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn programs as needed.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of office or receptionist experience in a corporate environment.
- Experience using call management software is a plus.
