About the position

As the Service BDC Receptionist you are responsible for answering incoming phone calls, completing incoming leads as directed, scanning in documents to the system, and other tasks as assigned.

Schedule

• Monday 7:30AM-4:30PM
• Tuesday 7:30AM-4:30PM
• Thursday Off
• Friday 7:30AM-4:30PM
• Saturday 8:00AM-4:00PM
• Sunday Closed

Required Experience

Previous work in customer service is always beneficial. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who gets the job done. If the phones aren\'t ringing, there are plenty of other tasks to keep busy with. Experience with Microsoft/Google programs is a plus.
