Mental Health Cooperative is hiring: Marketing Manager in Nashville
Mental Health Cooperative, Nashville, TN, United States, 37247
Overview
Are you a results-focused marketer with a strong sense of purpose who’s ready to apply your talents where they truly matter? Mental Health Cooperative is hiring a Marketing Manager to bring our mission to life across Tennessee. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves, execution-focused role for someone who thrives at the intersection of mission, growth, and getting things done. You9ll help us drive referrals, admissions, and brand clarity by turning strategy into smart, practical marketing campaigns that work in the real world. You9ll do so with a limited budget, so you9ll have to rely on your smarts and resourcefulness to achieve results.
We serve people with serious mental illness, many of whom also face poverty, homelessness, addiction, and other barriers. That means the work you do here truly matters. You won9t just be marketing a service. You9ll be helping people find the care they deserve. This role is perfect for someone on the rise—someone with strong fundamentals, ideas bigger than their current role, and the drive to take on more responsibility in a high-impact environment.

- Track and improve performance using dashboards and partner feedback
- Manage timelines and calendars to keep campaigns moving and aligned to business development goals
- Build assets that get results, including emails, one-pagers, flyers, and digital content
- Collaborate with Business Development to develop segment-specific leave-behinds, referral toolkits, and outreach campaigns
- Keep core assets clean, current, and consistent with brand messaging
- Make the CRM work for us by building email sequences, newsletters, and landing pages in HubSpot
- Organize and maintain lists, tags, and workflows to support partner engagement and lead tracking
- Support growth on the ground by working closely with Business Development reps, translating feedback into better campaigns, tools, and communications
- Stay nimble—test, tweak, and respond fast to what the field is telling us
- Help tell a clearer, stronger story by applying StoryBrand principles and ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across touchpoints
- Lead internal messaging, training, and culture campaigns that reinforce our mission and values
