We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead one of our client's HR operations and support organizational growth. This role will oversee employee relations, talent management, compliance, and HR policy development, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee performance management processes and employee development plans.
- Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations.
- Handle employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports for leadership.
- Partner with department heads to support workforce planning and organizational development.
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
