Account Manager / Recruitment & Business Development - SearchPointNY | Noor Staffing Group | Legal Staff Recruiting

Actively seeking a Human Resources Recruiter for a HYBRID and TEMP (3 Months) role within a Top Law Firm. The recruiter needs 3+ years of HR full-cycle business services recruitment experience, in-house experience is preferred, and experience within a professional services or law firm is best.

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM EST

SCHEDULE | LOCATION: HYBRID | Manhattan, NY

HOURLY RATE: $30 - $40/Hr. (Commensurate w/Experience)

IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree REQUIRED
• 3+ Years of Full-Cycle business services recruitment experience is REQUIRED
• In-House Recruitment experience in a Professional Services or Law Firm is PREFERRED
• Strong MS Office Suite Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Workday is a PLUS
• Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participates in the recruitment process of business services professional employees
• Works closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the hiring needs for each position and meets competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Proactively seeks feedback from hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and implementation.
• Facilitates the offer and on-boarding process for new hires
• Maintains contact with external employment-related agencies
• Ensures recruitment efforts are in compliance with EEO and OFCCP federal regulations.
• Complies with and understands Firm operation, policies and procedures.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
