The Human Resources Manager will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, guiding all aspects of HR and people strategy. This individual will be a key driver in cultivating organizational capability, supporting talent acquisition and retention, advancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations—all while shaping a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, performance management, employee development, succession planning, and retention initiatives.
- Coach and support leaders to strengthen effectiveness, accountability, and ownership of the employee experience.
- Manage complex and sensitive employee relations issues, including investigations, accommodations, and policy interpretations.
- Partner with managers in talent acquisition, from workforce planning to hiring key leadership and professional roles.
- Drive employee engagement and cultural initiatives, fostering a workplace of recognition, inclusion, and connection.
- Develop competitive compensation, benefits, and incentive programs based on market trends.
- Facilitate organizational learning and create internal development opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning HR best practices with business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Strong employee relations and coaching expertise, with a track record of driving leadership accountability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner across all levels of the business.
- Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and metrics-driven decision making.
- Advanced knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems.
- Base salary range: $120,000 – $140,000
