Responsibilities
- As a Business Analyst, drive strategic initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams to align business needs with company goals.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, document business requirements, and support project delivery with customer-centric solutions.
- Partner with project managers to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Assist in developing project charters, work breakdown structures, and performance metrics.
- Support organizational change management efforts to drive the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Lead the elicitation, analysis, documentation, and prioritization of business requirements using interviews, workshops, and surveys.
- Develop and maintain business analysis documentation, including process maps, BRDs, customer journey maps, and functional specifications.
- Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Define project goals, objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with strategic priorities.
- Serve as liaison between business units, IT, and project managers to ensure communication and alignment.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and meetings to validate solutions, resolve conflicts, and address risks.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
- Track and report project outcomes and performance, ensuring delivery of intended benefits.
- Develop dashboards and reports for insights into project performance and strategic alignment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin., Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in process mapping, requirements elicitation/documentation, and planning/design documentation.
- Strong communication skills including facilitation, summarization, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience with project governance frameworks, business and data analysis, and project reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence with a strategic and conceptual mindset.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
