Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Respond to user requests via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other equipment.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and security tools.
Assist with setting up new users, including workstation setup, email accounts, and access permissions.
Maintain IT documentation including asset inventory, support logs, and user guides.
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or vendors when necessary.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
Support audio/visual equipment for meetings and conferences as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1–3 years of experience in IT support or help desk environment.
