Eagle Integrated Services, LLC is seeking an IT Project Manager to add to our Information Technology Support Services team in support of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) at the National Emergency Training Center (NETC) in Emmitsburg, Maryland.

Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Serve as single point of contact for Contracting Officer\'s Representative (COR).
• Coordinate with FEMA IT staff, NETC management, and other stakeholders.
• Define the project scope and schedule, breaking large projects down into manageable sequences and enabling the team to turnaround tasks faster. Identify and eliminate potential roadblocks and risks to the plan.
• Allocate the appropriate personnel, processes, and tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness in attaining the project goals.
• Achieve a high level of quality, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant team members and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Establish and maintain relationships within the team and subcontractors.
• Ensure completion of weekly reports and deliverables.
• Provide day-to-day assistance and status to contractor team and government staff.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or related field. Education may be substituted for years of experience.
• 10 years of Project Management Experience working on Government contracts, including experience managing:
  • Computer and Network Technical Support
  • Programming and Maintenance Technical Support
  • Classroom and Computer Lab Support
  • Webmaster Services
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, time management, and organizational skills.
• Deep understanding of government contracting requirements and processes.
• Experience with federal IT standards, security requirements, and compliance frameworks.

Security Requirements

• Must be a United States citizen.
• Must obtain and maintain required security clearance/background investigation.
• Comply with DHS/FEMA security policies and procedures.
