Construction Site Supervisor
with hands-on experience in residential remodeling. You\'ll be responsible for overseeing job sites from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety compliance, and delivering top-quality craftsmanship that reflects our commitment to excellence. Must be willing to oversee jobs in Anne Arundel County, Baltimore County, Howard County, and Queen Anne\'s County. Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day operations of residential remodeling projects Coordinate subcontractors and in-house crews Ensure jobs stay on schedule and within budget Perform quality checks and resolve issues proactively Maintain safety protocols on all job sites Communicate with clients and office staff to ensure satisfaction Requirements
3+ years of experience in construction supervision, ideally in residential remodeling Strong knowledge of carpentry, framing, drywall, and general trades Ability to use the computer for downloading files, checking and responding to emails, and filling out Excel documents Reliable transportation and valid driver\'s license Ability to read blueprints and manage timelines Excellent leadership and communication skills OSHA certification a plus Bilingual a plus Benefits
