The Program Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of programs by managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining efficient workflows. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of program activities. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure program goals are met. Track and report program milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics. Maintain program documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and workshops, including managing logistics and preparing materials. Support the development of program content and resources as needed. Address participant inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications
Proven experience in program/project coordination or a related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM software and project management tools. Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Perks
