Business Creator Strategy & Operations Manager - USDS Responsibilities
Design and implement creator incentive programs to motivate creator TikTok Shop activity and achieve monthly business growth for merchants. Leverage internal resources to establish and continuously refine mechanisms for communicating with creators to improve creator and incentive engagement. Develop strategies and insights to incubate new creators for commerce activation for specific merchants. Analyze affiliate creator data to provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders regarding budget utilization and incentive ROI by program and incentive. Collaborate with TikTok campaign and category teams to share best practices and identify new resources, tools, and program opportunities. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or above 3+ years experience in creator or e-commerce partnership management and operations Strong work experience building and implementing scaled creator/influencer/user/business partner growth programs to achieve revenue goals Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment and is open to change Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications: Mixed experience in product/user growth and affiliate commerce space Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce and livestreaming A/B user testing experience and business analytics About USDS
