Business Creator Strategy & Operations Manager - USDS Pay found in job post Base pay range: $88,920.00/yr - $144,400.00/yr Responsibilities
Team Intro: Ecommerce's Business Creator Operations Team is responsible for empowering and incubating both merchants and creators to grow within the TikTok Shop ecosystem. The primary focus of the role is to drive the success of specific merchants through creator affiliate engagement. You will design, execute and optimize large-scale creator incentive programs through data analytics, business forecasting and budget management. Design and implement creator incentive programs to motivate creator TikTok Shop activity and achieve monthly business growth for merchants. Leverage internal resources to establish and continuously refine mechanisms for communicating with creators to improve creator and incentive engagement. Develop strategies and insights to incubate new creators for commerce activation for specific merchants. Analyze affiliate creator data to provide regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders regarding budget utilization and incentive ROI by program and incentive. Collaborate with TikTok campaign and category teams to share best practices and identify new resources, tools, and program opportunities. Work Model
To enhance collaboration and cross-functional partnerships, our organization follows a hybrid work schedule that requires employees to work in the office 3 days a week, or as directed by their manager/department. The specific requirements may change at any time. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or above 3+ years experience in creator or e-commerce partnership management and operations Strong work experience building and implementing scaled creator/influencer/user/business partner growth programs to achieve revenue goals Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple cross-functional teams to develop plans and execute projects Comfortable navigating and driving results in a fast-paced environment and open to change Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications
Mixed experience in product/user growth and affiliate commerce space Familiar with TikTok and mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce and livestreaming A/B testing experience and business analytics About USDS

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $88,920 - $144,400 annually. Compensation may vary outside this range depending on factors including qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units. Benefits may vary and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid parental leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, and paid time off.
