Technical Recruiter Responsibilities
Work closely with the hiring teams to understand the hiring requirements. Identify and engage passive talents to build a recruiting funnel for AI-related engineering roles. Screen resumes and engage with candidates for relevant openings to assist them through the recruitment process. Develop innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the recruiting process and recommend improvements. Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape. Regularly track and analyze candidate pipelines to share with internal stakeholders. Coordinate interview activities when necessary. Minimum Skill Requirements
MA/MS degree or equivalent practical experience. 3-5+ years of sourcing experience, ideally for software-related engineering or AI-related roles. Proven track record of identifying and hiring candidates in a high-growth environment. Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels. Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus. Preferred Skill Requirements
Excellent knowledge of the self-driving industry. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Greenhouse preferred. Self-motivated with strong self-learning capacity. What we provide

The base salary range for this full-time position is $101,920 - 172,480, in addition to bonus, equity and benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location; the posted range reflects minimum and maximum targets for new hires across all US locations.
