Director, Global Strategic Marketing, Tri-Specific (JNJ-79635322) – located in Raritan, NJ. This role is with Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine and focuses on developing and refining the Tri-Specific commercial strategy, including pre-launch activities and go-to-market planning within the Multiple Myeloma portfolio. Purpose

The Director, Global Strategic Marketing, Tri-Specific (JNJ-79635322) reports to the Sr. Director, Global Commercial Strategy, Multiple Myeloma Portfolio & Early Development. The role leads the development and refinement of Tri-Specific commercial strategy, supports pre-launch activities (positioning, branding), and helps set launch-excellence conditions (market shaping, customer solutions, and go-to-market model) for regional implementation in outpatient and community settings. Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial strategy in collaboration with R&D and cross-functional teams, including pre-launch and launch-excellence, market shaping, development, and go-to-market modeling. Lead development of full asset valuation with the Global Strategic Analytics team. Provide insights for forecasting, strategic planning, and business planning in partnership with analytics for competitive intelligence, market research and forecasting. Develop and deliver global positioning, marketing campaigns, and-tactics with cross-regional alignment. Coordinate with business partners to ensure strategic alignment and execution. Establish and deliver unique solutions to elevate customer experience. Collaborate with Regions to shape and implement commercial strategies, tactics, customer solutions and messaging. Work with Medical Affairs to ensure robust publication plans and differentiating data generation and messaging. Collaborate with Market Access to develop value propositions that support reimbursement and approvals globally. Work with R&D and Regulatory to inform the Target Product Profile and broader leadership vision for J&J’s initiatives in multiple myeloma. Engage with cross-functional partners to develop differentiating value propositions and commercial forecast valuation models. Maintain strong external focus through engagement with Key Opinion Leaders and Patient Opinion Leaders. Promote a culture of patient centricity and best practice sharing. Qualifications / Requirements

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; postgraduate qualifications (PhD, MBA) or equivalent experience strongly preferred. Minimum 10 years of dynamic experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-launch & launch activities, in-line marketing, market access, marketing support, or sales management/training with marketing strategy execution. Ability to manage multiple priorities, lead teams, gain alignment, and drive decision-making. Ability to shape and drive asset strategy with R&D and cross-functional teams. Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and aptitude to integrate insights into actions. Proven cross-functional and cross-geography collaboration and leadership; strong executive, verbal, and written communication skills. Preferred

Prior Oncology/Multiple Myeloma experience or relevant scientific background. Senior brand responsibility and product-launch experience with global or multi-cultural teams; understanding of pharmaceutical development. Significant international experience, with knowledge of different reimbursement markets. Other

Location: Raritan, NJ. Travel up to 25% domestically and internationally. The anticipated base pay range for this position is $146,000 to $251,850. The Company maintains competitive, performance-based compensation programs, with eligibility for an annual bonus per applicable plan.
