Responsibilities
Own and maintain the CAPEX model, creating detailed reports to support robust capital discussions on month, YTD, YTG, and FY performance. Develop and present CAPEX management presentation materials to North America executive leadership on a monthly basis. Aggregate, compile, evaluate, and approve capital expenditure business cases to ensure alignment with annual budget, corporate strategy, and project return thresholds. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to stakeholders. Continuously improve the CAPEX model by managing the NA CAPEX database and building additional capabilities to enhance forecasting, modeling, and decision-making. Lead the post-implementation review process for previous and active investments, analyzing actual results against expected outcomes, and identifying areas for improvement. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to inform future capital allocation decisions and optimize investment returns. Support CAPEX approval routines by creating presentation materials and facilitating biweekly NA Capital Committee Approval Review. Provide agenda and presentation materials for Global Executive Capital Committee review. Maintain and update capital approval tools – manage NA 4Site system, a KHC internal Project Management tool, and manage a user database (500+), ensuring compliance with company policies and assisting with ad hoc requests. Provide input and guidance to teams on developing and refining their cash flow models to support project approvals, ensuring alignment with company financial policies and procedures. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required. Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance/Accounting; experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, FP&A, or commercial finance is preferred. Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as SAP. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills. Compensation and Benefits
New Hire Base Salary Range:
$88,000.00 - $110,000.00 Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
