Lead and advance mobile device technologies within the Neuromodulation/Pelvic Health space, overseeing projects and a team to achieve strategic and operational goals. Lead with a focus on people management, process implementation, and collaboration with stakeholders to ensure compliance and efficiency. Leadership and Staff Development: mentor, coach, and develop staff; set performance goals; conduct reviews; manage talent to meet departmental objectives. MDM Lifecycle and Tools Management: plan and implement all aspects of mobile device management across the lifecycle; create and maintain MDM tools (e.g., OS deployments, Sentinel EMS); ensure tool availability and resolve issues; oversee deployment priorities and liaise between project teams. Process and Vendor Collaboration: define and implement MDM processes aligned with regulatory requirements; drive process awareness; manage vendor relationships (including KPIs); collaborate with product development for integration of new hardware/software; manage an offshore extended team. Basic Qualifications
Bachelor degree in a technically related field Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience Nice to Have
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading projects/programs to completion Experience in medical device product development (specifically SW development) or other highly regulated environments Excellent downward, lateral, and upward communication skills Balance of high-level strategic and detailed tactical thinking Familiarity with Android and iOS operating systems Familiarity with Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) product management Benefits & Compensation
Medtronic offers a competitive salary and flexible benefits package. The base salary range for U.S. locations is $140,800.00 - $211,200.00, with eligibility for the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). Details may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Benefits include health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, paid time off, holidays, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and other programs.
