About The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. We recently achieved profitability and have ambitious goals for the next few years, including scaling our customer base and building a high-caliber, lean team. At Jerry, recruiters play a pivotal role: elevating organizational talent density with each hire and helping every team operate at a high level.
Reporting directly to a cofounder, you will partner with senior leaders and lead our most impactful and complex searches across R&D, GTM, and G&A, including leadership hiring. You will have the opportunity to master the craft of interviewing and talent assessment and make a meaningful impact alongside exceptional teammates.
How You Will Make An Impact
Act as the project leader on your roles, drive the search forward, identify blockers in the interview process and candidate funnel, and ensure continuous learning and progress.
Conduct thorough initial screens with carefully crafted questions that mirror later-stage interviews, analyzing requirements to surface insights about candidates’ track records and fit for Jerry’s bar on skills and attributes.
Own senior-level searches in the U.S. and Canada across multiple functions, including product management, business operations & analytics, product design/research, growth marketing, communications, legal, content, human resources, finance and administration.
Mentor and support the development of junior team members through coaching and contributing to training resources.

Ideal Profile
5+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in searches.
Experience recruiting senior IC to leadership roles across multiple functions (e.g., product, operations, software engineering, data science, finance, analytics); bonus for contingency agency experience.
Experience managing multiple searches and driving progress across them.
Track record of success in a high-velocity, output-driven, demanding environment.
Bachelor’s degree in a rigorous discipline.
