The Global Business Marcomms Lead drives global product and brand marketing communications for our Businesses audiences, reporting to the Director of Global Brand. This high-impact leadership role focuses on understanding, consideration, and adoption of Snap business solutions and shapes Global Business Marketing Strategy through cross-functional collaboration. What You’ll Do
Create and execute Snap’s product and brand marketing strategy, positioning, and programs that communicate Snap’s value proposition for global businesses. Develop a deep understanding of Snap’s audience personas, mindsets, attitudes, values, and behaviors across products and industries. Develop creative brand and growth campaigns, narratives, success stories, thought leadership, partnerships, workshops, and events (virtual and in-person) across all audiences. Craft value propositions and messaging frameworks fueled by audience insights to capture new customers and sustain existing relationships. Partner Across Snap: Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Communications, Insights, Partnerships, and Regional teams to ensure messaging resonates with our audience. Drive Global Consistency: Develop playbooks, toolkits, and frameworks to standardize how we market to and with businesses worldwide. Measure, Optimize, Scale: Define success metrics, measure campaign performance, and iterate based on insights with a test-and-learn mindset. Lead with Innovation: Stay ahead of advertising trends, platforms, and community behaviors; identify opportunities to drive cultural relevance and differentiate Snap marketing solutions. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Proficiency in storytelling, translating insights, product information, and data into client-facing marketing presentations. Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance; work independently and collaboratively. Creative thinking, strong communication and presentation skills, and deep proficiency in brand building. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills; ability to engage all levels of the organization. Conflict handling, delegation when appropriate, and practical use of common sense. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication and professional demeanor. Ability to plan and manage projects for on-time delivery. Demonstrated ability to use data to inform decisions and improve results. Experience guiding the creative production of campaigns, collateral, presentations, websites, and videos. Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in marketing, including 4 years focused on business marketing or tech platform marketing. Experience building programs that resonate with business audiences—especially within advertising technology. Proven strategic leader able to anticipate challenges, synthesize complex inputs, and drive high-impact decisions across functions and geographies. Deep passion for marketing and a forward-looking perspective on marketing technology. Preferred Qualifications
Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical and strategic thinking. Excellent communication and storytelling skills; comfortable as an internal and external spokesperson. Experience with digital media and using advertising data to inform strategy. Passion for technology, innovation, and empowering creative communities. Track record of success in domestic and global marketing or advertising roles, building agency or partner-facing programs. The starting pay is based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, location, and market conditions, and may be negotiable within the salary range. Zone ranges: Zone A: $142,000-$214,000; Zone B: $135,000-$203,000; Zone C: $121,000-$182,000. This position is eligible for equity in RSUs. Seniority level
