Temporary | Temp-to-Hire Responsibilities

Manage a high-volume schedule, including calendar coordination and meeting planning. Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. Redline and edit highly confidential legal documents and agreements. Oversee travel arrangements and process expense reports. Qualifications

1+ years of Executive Assistant experience, preferably supporting an in-house Attorney or General Counsel. Strong proficiency in Outlook for scheduling and calendar management.
