Description Our client, an international law firm in Boston, is looking for an Office Technology Support specialist on a temp to perm basis. This person will be part of a small team supporting 48 users (and growing) in their Boston office with issues involving hardware and software including Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Office 365, Teams, mobile devices, Intune, Lenovo laptops, VOIP phones, iManage document management, Citrix, and various other hardware/software. They will also be supporting conference rooms and audio-visual equipment and systems (Cisco, Zoom, etc). ServiceNow is used for ITSM. The role is a mixture of day to day support and project work. This group takes escalations from the firm’s service desk. Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills and be able to work in a high pressure environment. Candidates must have solid troubleshooting skills in Windows OS, Office 365, laptops, mobile devices, and hardware. The position is onsite 5 days a week. It is a first shift role, Monday — Friday 9:30 – 5:30 pm. Candidates must be flexible on staying after hours when needed.

Excellent communication and customer service skills; able to work with limited supervision. Experience in a legal environment is a plus. Experience Level Expert Level Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 – $31.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
