Overview
Senior Manager, Marketing - Fracture Care at Bioventus. This role leads strategic and tactical marketing initiatives within the Fracture Care business, overseeing both upstream and downstream activities and directly managing a Marketing Manager. The position requires cross-functional collaboration to guide product lifecycles from concept through commercialization and post-market growth. Responsibilities
Lead and support upstream marketing activities, including market research, voice-of-customer activities, competitive analysis, and early-stage product strategy development. Collaborate cross-functionally with R&R, clinical, regulatory and commercial teams to shape product concepts and ensure alignment with market needs. Develop and drive downstream marketing execution, including go-to-market planning, product launches, sales enablement and promotional strategy. Develop and execute a high-impact annual marketing plan with budget and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Develop a compelling value proposition for the portfolio and translate it into tools and materials for sales, training and corporate accounts to create value and drive demand and awareness. Own the collateral development process from start to finish, liaising with Creative Services, Compliance, Legal, Regulatory, and Medical & Clinical Affairs teams and managing internal approvals. Manage relationships with external partners, including new service implementations, field rollout, budget forecasting, and execution. Engage with internal stakeholders and customers, including key opinion leaders at trade shows and events; represent the Fracture Care Division. Manage the tradeshow calendar and budget, collaborating with the Commercial Engagement team and Sales Leadership. Partner with the digital marketing team to lead digital marketing efforts for the Exogen business, including email campaigns, CRM, digital lead generation, sales app, and landing pages for events. Attract, develop and retain talent; provide feedback and coaching using performance management tools; ensure alignment with company goals. Maintain compliance with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies, procedures, and internal controls applicable to the role. Other duties as assigned. What you bring to the table
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience in the medical device industry with use of digital marketing platforms. Experience in both upstream and downstream marketing within regulated healthcare markets. Proven ability to manage direct reports and lead cross-functional initiatives. Strong business acumen with the ability to develop strategic plans and execute with precision. Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. Strong marketing analytics and business intelligence skills; advanced analytics experience is required.
