SAP - SuccessFactors Employee Central - Manager - Location OPEN at EY. Location: Anywhere in Country. Responsibilities

Lead the effective management and delivery of processes, solutions, and projects, with a strong focus on quality and risk management. Engage regularly with external clients, participate in working sessions, and lead workstreams from planning through execution and closure. Travel may be required as needed by external clients. Identify and define user/customer requirements and focus on developing user interfaces (UI) across mobile, web, and tablet platforms; contribute to coding, programming, and creating specifications to deliver development services that align with business requirements. Proficient in Agile delivery and development methodologies. Experienced in application delivery processes and application development tools. Strong understanding of quality assurance and testing practices; knowledge of system development lifecycle and technology integration. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients; proven ability to lead teams. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year). Typically 4-6 years of relevant experience with SAP SuccessFactors system, specifically Employee Central. SAP SuccessFactors certification in Employee Central Core. Experience with at least two full cycle implementations of Employee Central. Proficiency in application development tools; experience in QA and testing; knowledge of SDLC and technology integration; ability to define, analyze, and map technology business requirements; familiarity with test-driven development methodologies. Strong negotiation and effective change management abilities; proven track record of leading teams; excellent communication and client relationship skills. Ideally, you’ll also have

Extensive expertise in EC configuration (foundation and MDF objects, data models, position management, employment structures, EC-specific workflows) with understanding of effective dating, UI rules, security, and global requirements; strong project management skills. Technical leadership in business rules, workflows, and security management; ability to design dynamic multi-step workflows and implement role-based permissions (RBP), including for custom MDF objects and ESS/MSS scenarios. Experience in data handling, reporting, testing, data migration, and developing comprehensive test plans for EC and cross-module functionality. Leadership in discovery and fit-gap sessions, translating business needs into scalable EC solutions; collaboration across modules and integrations; knowledge of SAP Activate methodology. Understanding of end-to-end implementation phases (cutover planning, knowledge transfer, hyper-care, ongoing optimization) and experience with tools like Admin Alerts and Health Check for continuous improvement. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range for this job in the US is $142,600 to $261,500. NYC Metro, WA, and CA ranges differ; total rewards include medical/dental, pension/401(k), and paid time off. Hybrid work model with most client work expected in person 40-60% of the time.
