Lead commercial planning and strategy for multiple Las Vegas resorts, aligning property-specific tactics with company goals. Direct revenue management and pricing strategies to optimize RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy. Manage the performance of all distribution channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and partner platforms. Build and lead high-performing sales teams focused on leisure, group, and corporate segments. Oversee localized marketing, brand positioning, and digital performance initiatives. Cultivate partnerships with travel providers, tourism boards, and event planners to drive demand. Act as the commercial liaison across departments, ensuring seamless execution of business plans. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Hospitality or Business preferred At least 10 years of experience in hospitality commercial operations with multi-property or cluster oversight 8+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional commercial teams Strong track record in sales, revenue optimization, digital marketing, and distribution Experience managing large (500+ unit) resort or vacation rental portfolios Expertise in commercial systems (e.g., RMS, PMS, channel managers, and CRM platforms) Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work onsite in Las Vegas and travel between properties as needed Additional Details
