Sr. Demand Planner
provides demand forecasting, analysis, and develops plans to ensure optimal inventory levels for HARIBO products. The role uses SAP, Excel, and other tools to gather demand planning data and related reporting, and coordinates monthly forecast reviews with the Supply Chain and Sales teams. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in demand planning and forecasting within the CPG – Consumer Packaged Goods industry, prior SAP experience, advanced Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s Degree. Responsibilities
Develop demand forecasts for multiple levels of aggregation and multiple time horizons as part of the Demand Planning function at HARIBO of America. Prepare, analyze, and communicate key performance measures related to forecast changes, KPIs, risks, and opportunities. Coordinate all aspects of Demand Planning related to projects that support growth objectives, new product development, cost reductions, operational efficiency improvements, and reducing business waste. Partner with Supply Chain on order allocation, identification of inventory gaps, and drivers of large forecast variances. Utilize SAP, Excel, and other systems to gather Demand Planning data and related reporting. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, forecasting, or a very similar role within the CPG industry. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Demonstrated strong Excel skills. Preferred Qualifications
SAP experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Prior demand planning experience, working directly for the brand. Compensation And Benefits
Target Hiring Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 annually. This range may vary by candidate and is subject to factors such as education, experience, qualifications, and location.
