The Store Manager is a salaried role providing daily leadership to all store positions, including General Service Technicians, Technicians, Guest Care Specialists, and an Assistant Store Manager. Reporting to the District Manager, the Store Manager leads day-to-day operations, coaches and develops teammates, and supports Monro’s vision of delivering quality automotive service and tires in local communities. Responsibilities
Develop sales and technical teammates to deliver a consistent 5-star Guest experience. Assist in achieving sales goals through development and implementation of sales plans, product knowledge, and industry understanding. Introduce tire and service products to guests to maximize sales and guest satisfaction and loyalty. Support teammates in establishing a productive sales environment by training on shop operations and guest services. Provide direction and oversight to other technicians and assist with services/ repairs as needed. Ensure store staffing through recruiting, hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, performance management, and development. Manage expenses including payroll, utilities, store maintenance, supplies, and other controllables. Oversee inventory management including pulling tires and parts, unloading and stocking. Audit courtesy inspections performed by teammates. Maintain store cleanliness and guest-ready condition per Monro standards. Schedule guest appointments and assign tasks according to skill level for efficient completion of services/ repairs. Inform and recommend tire and service products and promotions to achieve sales goals. Attend to guest needs in sales, service, complaints, and adjustments; build guest relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention. Convey repair and service needs to guests; ensure understanding of company policies, governmental standards, and safety regulations (ASNI/ OSHA). Maintain technical knowledge and complete Monro University training modules; operate equipment safely per guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned. Profile Summary

Ability to mentor, coach, and develop teammates; skilled in problem solving and handling customer concerns. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail/sales environment. Ability to drive financial results while controlling costs. Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve goals; strong problem-solving, inventory, merchandising, and customer service skills. Effective communication with teammates and guests. Completion of all Monro required training within the specified timelines. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a satisfactory MVR. Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Work is performed in an automotive shop environment with moderate noise; exposure to weather, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. Responsibilities include: Flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to see and lift/move up to 50 lbs; frequent standing, walking, and varied motions. Frequent reaching, squatting, bending, kneeling, twisting, and other movements as needed. Benefits
