Distribution company serving as regional provider for complete fluid power solutions Part of the fluid power and automation division of a well-respected PE firm with a strong track record of success over 40+ years Strong reputation and very profitable business for decades Partnering with many industry leading fluid power / hydraulic manufacturers In addition to annual salary and variable compensation, there are additional incentives for company profitability and long-term incentive potential with the private equity group Location : Sioux Falls, SD (responsible for multiple locations) General Manager
Full P&L responsibility - will oversee the strategy, vision and YOY profitability of the business Responsible for all financial and operational segments of the company Responsible for annual sales quotas, projected sales volume, analyzing results and trends, market research, pricing and costs Preferred profile : P&L leadership experience; proven sales success; industry knowledge pertaining to fluid power or material handling products; blend of sales and operational experience Experience as a standalone leader of a multi-site organization Industrial distribution experience / knowledge is required Bachelor's Degree in Business (sales, marketing, finance) or equivalent work experience Travel : to customer sites as needed (will be often)
