Overview
The Senior Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing the operational aspects of the employee lifecycle and supporting the firm’s global human capital initiatives. This role ensures the seamless execution of HR processes, compliance with employment regulations, and delivery of a best-in-class employee experience. The ideal candidate will bring a strong process orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment. Key Responsibilities
Oversee and maintain employee data and records within HR systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with regional requirements. Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee data management. Coordinate and manage pre-employment processes such as background checks, reference checks, and new hire documentation. Partner with global Human Capital, Finance, Legal, and IT teams to execute cross-functional initiatives and ensure operational consistency. Produce and analyze HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to inform leadership and identify opportunities for process improvement. Assist in policy administration and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing timely and accurate guidance. Contribute to global HR projects and initiatives focused on process optimization, technology enhancements, and operational scalability. Support talent management, performance review cycles, and compensation processes as needed. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2–6 years of HR/Human Capital Operations experience, preferably in a financial services or global corporate setting. Strong understanding of HR operations, employment regulations, and global HR practices. Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP) and advanced Excel skills; data analytics experience a plus. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities. Strong communication skills with a client-service mindset and ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones. High integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
