Greet customers with a smile and eye contact; engage genuinely and determine customer needs. Operate the POS accurately; maintain cash wrap organization and cleanliness. Suggest add‑ons and sell gift cards; communicate price points, features/benefits, color and stock availability to customers. Provide excellent customer service, representing the Coach brand appropriately. Receive shipments and transfers; scan cartons/transfers and verify store information. Notify Store Management of new product arrivals; organize and clean stockroom daily; manage stock levels on back‑of‑house and sales floor. Assist with regular cycle counts and participate in store inventory counts as scheduled. Maintain loss prevention standards and visual merchandising needs on the sales floor. Qualifications
Experience: 1–3 years in retail (cashier/stock/sales), preferably in luxury retail; knowledge of fashion trends. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), Mobile POS, and price/product release sheets. Physical: Ability to work at a fast pace; lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds for product shipments/transfers; able to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom, including climbing, bending, and kneeling. Schedule: Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays with high retail traffic. Note:
