Overview
ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, Questrom Math Finance & Financial Technology. The role focuses on program management, operations and student services for Questrom MS in Finance and MS in Mathematical Finance and Technology programs, with a shared role supporting other Questrom Specialty Masters degree programs. The Assistant Director reports to the Finance Masters Program Director and works closely with the Masters and PhD program staff. Responsibilities
Maintain and enhance the student experience for a growing enrollment of Finance Master degree students, expected to reach 300 full-time students within the next three years. Manage program operations, provide academic student support, and organize student events such as orientation and community-building activities. Collaborate on additional projects related to all graduate students and share in general administrative responsibilities as a member of the Masters & PhD Center team. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. Strong oral and written communication skills; highly organized and able to multitask. One to three years of experience in counseling, student services or higher education administration; prior event planning experience preferred. Some evening and occasional weekend work required. Occasional domestic travel may be required. A cover letter must be included for consideration.
