About the Role
A well-capitalized, growth-oriented company specializing in mineral and royalty interests across the U.S. is seeking a motivated Reservoir Engineer with a strong Reserves skillset to join their dynamic Engineering Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing portfolio and work closely with senior leadership. You will play a key role managing reserves administration for a diverse portfolio of 10,000+ wells spanning multiple entities. This includes integrating new acquisitions, updating production forecasts and type curves, and coordinating with land administration and third-party partners. You will deliver quarterly reserves updates to management and capital partners and support year-end financial audits. Key Responsibilities
Lead reserves administration and database management across a large, multi-entity portfolio Integrate new assets and update development timing and production forecasts Coordinate with land and finance teams on ownership and unit assumptions Manage offshore resources to maximize team productivity Prepare quarterly reserves reporting and assist with divestitures and reserve redeterminations Support financial audits with comprehensive reporting What Were Looking For
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related field 1-5 years of experience in reservoir engineering, reserves, or database management Strong attention to detail and an understanding of how assumptions impact financial outcomes Self-starter with high initiative and a passion for learning and growing responsibility Technical proficiency with Combocurve/Aries, Spotfire/PowerBI, QGIS/ArcGIS Python and SQL skills are a plus Seniority level
