The Opportunity

As a

Financial Relationship Manager , you’ll support clients once they’ve started using our services, helping them maximize the value of our platform. Your main goal is to ensure they get the most out of it, leading to continued usage and renewals. This role is focused on operations rather than sales. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and various teams to ensure a seamless client experience. You’ll act as the client’s advocate, gathering feedback to help us improve and develop new solutions that meet evolving needs. You will work to provide exceptional technology to wealth management advisors. You’ll manage client relationships from an operational perspective, focusing on customer service. You’ll handle day-to-day issues, conduct regular check-ins with clients, keep them informed about training opportunities and new product features, and assist with performance reports and other key documents to reinforce confidence in our team. Our Relationship Managers are catalysts for success. You’ll guide our RIA partners through each phase of their journey, empowering clients with greater clarity, capability, and confidence on our platform. This is a proactive, relationship-driven role that requires strong instincts, creative problem-solving, and a deep commitment to client success. You’ll serve as the strategic partner for a portfolio of advisory firms and RIAs, leading success planning, driving adoption, addressing challenges, and representing the voice of your clients internally. Your efforts will contribute to stronger client relationships, more effective platform use, and measurable business growth for our clients. This isn’t a typical 9-to-5. There will be days and weeks with early starts and late finishes to meet deadlines. We move fast, expect a lot, and reward those who thrive in a hands-on, dynamic environment. Company

We are a wealth management company with a technology platform designed to make financial advising easier and more effective. Our system helps businesses and advisors work more efficiently by bringing all daily tasks into one easy-to-use interface. Our wealth management technology platform is focused on providing a scalable digital wealth management system that empowers advisors to focus on what matters most. Clients include small investment offices and RIAs, and we aim to be the go-to solution for wealth management growth. Responsibilities

Navigate custodian transitions, advisor onboarding, and organizational changes with clarity and confidence. Track client health and proactively resolve issues before they escalate - keeping relationships strong and productive. Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously enhance the client experience and our service model. Qualifications, skills, and experience
