Great HealthWorks . What You Will Do

Campaign Implementation: Create and execute email/SMS marketing campaigns from initial brief to deployment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Ensure all email templates are on-brand, responsive for mobile, thoroughly tested and optimized for deliverability. Set up and manage email/SMS automation workflows (e.g., welcome series, cart abandonment, re-engagement, etc.). Content Creation: Develop engaging email copy, subject lines, and provide recommendations on visuals that resonate with the audience while adhering to brand guidelines. Develop concise and impactful SMS messages that capture attention quickly and convey clear calls to action, considering character limitations. Segmentation & Personalization: Manage and optimize email/SMS lists, including segmentation based on customer data, behavior, demographics, and purchase history. Ensure proper integration of dynamic content, personalized offers, and product recommendations. Testing & Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, calls-to-action, send times, and SMS send times, to improve engagement rates. Analyze performance and provide actionable insights for optimization (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.). Compliance & Deliverability: Monitor and ensure emails comply with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other email marketing regulations. Work with Martech to maintain and improve deliverability, ensuring emails land in inboxes. Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on the performance of all email/SMS marketing campaigns. Develop dashboards to showcase KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates and send times. Present findings to the marketing team and suggest improvements based on data insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with design, copywriting, and product teams to align on campaign objectives and ensure cohesive messaging. Coordinate with the creative team and Brand Managers to ensure all assets (copy, images, etc.) are in line with campaign objectives. Perform other duties as assigned What We Offer

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in email marketing and/or SMS marketing Hands-on experience with email/SMS marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Yotpo, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DotDigital or similar. Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and A/B testing. Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template creation and troubleshooting. Knowledge of segmentation and personalization strategies for both email and SMS Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
