The Mission Operations (MOPs) team manages the execution, growth, and success of customer accounts. Working across product, engineering, sales, and logistics, Mission Operations Engineers own customer relationships and develop, plan, and deploy Anduril products to support missions. They collaborate with customers to understand problem sets and shape Anduril offerings with engineering teams to fit mission needs. They navigate organizational hurdles, are responsible for customer and mission success, and influence the direction of Anduril. Command & Control is a business line focused on building a next-gen software-defined distributed C2 architecture that orchestrates and automates third-party sensors and strike networks for synchronized joint operations. We work with mission partners and operators to deploy reliable capabilities on operational timelines to meet complex challenges across the DOD and IC. ROLE OVERVIEW

Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products.

Lead the planning and deployment of Anduril’s flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams to deploy products to the field, train end users, and ensure high performance. Maintain engagement with customers to improve user experience and operations, and address issues with product teams as needed. Grow your business through customer success.

Own commercial targets that drive top-line growth. Establish trust-based partnerships, understand customer problems, and identify future opportunities where Anduril’s technology can help. Articulate Anduril’s value proposition from executive to end user to position the company for the future. Shape our products to meet mission needs.

Work with customers to understand mission challenges and represent the customer to Anduril engineers to shape products that solve critical national and international security challenges. Collaborate across nearly every Anduril team.

Serve in a customer-facing Account Manager capacity with the Department of Defense to deploy Anduril integrated hardware-software C2 products. Own contract deliverables, measures of performance, technical reports, and user engagement roadmaps. Design and implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements, feedback, issues, and challenges from training, exercises, and routine use. Provide input to program and engineering teams to drive product features and configurations that improve user workflows and product use. Support engagement with other service components and governmental organizations to integrate Anduril products across United States Marine Corps customers for broader adoption. Develop and contribute to a streamlined user feedback and engagement system, including issue tracking, training, refreshers, and preparation for large-scale exercises and events. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in technical program or account management roles Experience translating technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications Experience in program management and product deployment roles Secret/TS Clearance with SCI eligibility strongly preferred Willing to travel up to 50% PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with Joint intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems and workflows Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical C2 concepts, processes, and principles Prior military or government acquisition or contracting experience Salary & Benefits

US Salary Range $108,000 — $210,000 USD The salary range is an estimate based on base salary; actual offers may vary by experience, education, and skills. Equity grants are included in offers.
