About The Team The Mission Operations (MOPs) team manages the execution, growth, and success of customer accounts. Working closely with product, engineering, sales, and logistics, our Mission Operations Engineers own customer relationships and deploy Anduril products in support of missions. They shape offerings to meet specific mission needs, navigate organizational hurdles, and drive customer and mission success. They play a critical role in shaping the future of Anduril.

About The Job Lead the planning and deployment of Anduril’s flagship hardware and software products in support of customer missions. Work with engineering, logistics, and technical operations teams to deploy products, train end users, and ensure high performance. Maintain engagement, gather user feedback, and collaborate with product teams to address issues rapidly.

Grow business through customer success by meeting commercial targets, establishing trust‑based partnerships, and positioning Anduril solutions for future opportunities. Represent the customer while working with engineers to shape products that solve national and international security challenges.

Collaborate across virtually every Anduril team—business development, engineering, product, logistics, finance, legal, contracting, technical operations—to keep all parties informed and engaged.

What You'll Do

Serve in a customer‑facing Account Manager capacity, working with the Department of Defense to develop and deploy Anduril integrated hardware‑software C2 products, own contract deliverables, write technical reports, and create user engagement roadmaps.

Design and implement user feedback loops to gather, triage, and prioritize requirements, feedback, issues, and challenges.

Provide input to program and engineering teams to drive product feature development and configuration enhancements.

Support engagement with other service components, Geographic Combatant Commands, and government organizations to enable lateral integration across the U.S. Armed Forces.

Develop and maintain a streamlined user feedback and engagement system, including issue tracking, training sessions, refreshers, and preparation for large‑scale exercises and events.

Required Qualifications

Experience in technical program/account management roles.

Experience translating highly technical concepts into operational requirements and performance specifications.

Experience in program management and product deployment roles.

Active TSSCI Clearance strongly preferred.

Ability to work remotely across customer sites in Tacoma, WA.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience and familiarity with Joint intelligence, operational planning, targeting, and fires systems and workflows.

Familiarity with doctrinal, functional, and technical command and control concepts, processes, and principles.

Prior military or government acquisition and/or government contracting experience.

Direct experience in management consulting or product management.

Salary and Benefits US Salary Range: $129,000—$171,000 USD. The salary estimate reflects base salary only and may vary based on experience, education, and skills. Equity grants are typically included in full‑time offers. Anduril offers comprehensive benefits for full‑time employees, including medical, dental, and vision plans at little to no cost to US employees, full insurance coverage for UK & AUS roles, and an annual contribution for private insurance in IE roles.
