As a Marketing Promotions Assistant, you’ll play a key role in driving awareness, donations, and brand visibility for ethical brands and nonprofit causes: Assist with the

setup and execution of live marketing events, community outreach campaigns, and retail activations

Represent national nonprofits and mission-driven brands with

energy, professionalism, and purpose

Engage face-to-face with the public to

share campaign messages, promote charitable initiatives, and inspire donations

Set up and manage

branded booths, promotional displays, and marketing materials

Collaborate with your team to meet daily and weekly

performance goals

Participate in

daily huddles, skill-building workshops, and mentorship sessions

Who We’re Looking For

Must be

18+

and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

High school diploma or GED required;

some college coursework is a plus

Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Friendly, outgoing, and confident engaging with the public

Comfortable working in

fast-paced, public-facing roles

(events, retail, street teams, etc.)

A

self-starter

with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn

No prior marketing or promotions experience required—we provide full training!
