Position Overview: Customer Service Representative (CSR)
As a
Customer Service Representative , you’ll be the frontline ambassador for vital nonprofit campaigns. Whether at local fundraisers, community events, or advocacy initiatives, your mission is to educate, motivate, and engage the public to support impactful social causes. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are people-oriented, purpose-driven, and eager to develop their skills in nonprofit outreach and fundraising. Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit clients at community fundraisers, outreach programs, and live events
Engage in authentic conversations with donors and community members to raise awareness
Share compelling information about nonprofit missions, campaign goals, and social impact
Build trust and long-term relationships through empathy, active listening, and genuine connection
Assist with event setup, logistics, and branded displays
Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed outreach and fundraising targets
Maintain professionalism and compassion aligned with the organization’s mission

Are dependable, outgoing, and thrive in dynamic, public-facing roles
Work well within a team environment and are open to feedback and coaching
Are at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Have a high school diploma or GED (college coursework is a plus)
