Position Summary

Seeking a high-energy, hands-on S&OP leader to design, implement, and manage a best-in-class Sales & Operations Planning process. Reporting directly to the COO, this role partners closely with Planning, FP&A, and Sales leadership to align demand and supply, integrate financial and operational goals, and drive business performance. This is a builder role for someone who thrives on creating structure, leading change, and delivering measurable results. Key Responsibilities

S&OP/IBP Process Leadership Design, implement, and manage a full S&OP/IBP process, including demand review, supply review, pre-S&OP, and executive S&OP meetings.

Develop and maintain rolling 18–24 month demand and supply plans aligned with business strategy and financial targets.

Foster cross-functional collaboration to achieve demand consensus.

Establish governance frameworks, standard templates, and process documentation.

Demand Planning & Forecast Accuracy Build statistical and collaborative forecasts using historical data, market intelligence, and sales insights.

Monitor and improve forecast accuracy (MAPE, bias) to meet KPIs.

Support long-term planning (3–5 years) for product portfolio growth and market expansion.

Supply Planning & Inventory Optimization Align demand plans with production capacity, materials availability, and warehouse constraints.

Optimize inventory levels to balance service, working capital, and waste reduction.

Coordinate with procurement to ensure supplier readiness for demand changes and product launches.

Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Develop dashboards tracking service levels, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and OTIF delivery.

Support ERP/APS tool upgrades and adoption of data-driven decision-making.

Lead process improvements using lean methodologies.

Change Management & Team Enablement Drive S&OP adoption by communicating business value.

Coach and develop planning capabilities across the organization.

Bridge entrepreneurial and structured growth cultures.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

5+ years of progressive experience in demand planning, supply planning, or S&OP/IBP, with proven success in building or implementing processes from scratch.

Manufacturing experience required; food/beverage experience preferred.

Strong analytical skills with ERP and advanced Excel; APS tool experience a plus.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change in a growth environment.

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
