Overview
1. Job Summary As our Restaurant Manager, you'll lead all daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experience and driving financial success through meticulous management. This highly visible role puts you on the floor, directly influencing service quality and upholding the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency. You'll also be crucial in building, mentoring, and empowering a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture that embodies our restaurant's values and brand. 2. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless and efficient service. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve performance goals. Monitor and maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations. Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control to optimize profitability. Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to uphold the restaurant's high standards.
3. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (10 +hours). Lift and carry up to 20 lbs. (e.g. menus, highchairs, booster seats). Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally. Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones. Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
