Serve as a contracting functional expert and perform contract management duties by assisting with pre-award, award, and post-award activities. Assist with program acquisition, contracting, and intellectual property strategies. Develop and maintain acquisition and program-related documentation and artifacts, including Streamlined Acquisition Plans (STRAPs), Justification and Approvals (JAs), Request for Proposal (RFP) packages, Technical Instructions (TIs), Technical Advisory Reports (TARs), Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Contract Data Requirement Lists (CDRLs), DoD Contract Security Classification Specification, and contract modifications. Assist with management and oversight of contract actions and milestones, Government Furnished Property, Equipment, and Materials deliverables, CDRLs, TIs, and DD 254s. Perform program management duties by assisting with internal and external data calls for contract status, program and financial reviews, program reports, audits, and requests for information. Provide general support for program reviews and meetings. Monitor contract financial allocations, obligations, and expenditures. The following responsibilities reflect the contract management focus of the role: Draft pre-award acquisition documents and post-award contract management documents, including Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Statements of Work, RFP packages, contract modifications, or technical instructions Navigate and use the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System (DFARS) Assist with documentation and artifacts such as STRAPs, JAs, RFPs, TIs, TARs, PRs, CDRLs, and security classifications Support management and oversight of contract actions, milestones, and deliverables (GFP, Equipment, Materials), including DD 254s Support program management activities: data calls, contract status, financial reviews, program reports, audits, and information requests Provide support for program reviews and meetings; monitor contract financial allocations, obligations, and expenditures Join us. 3+ years of experience in contract management or contract administration supporting the Department of Navy or the DoD Experience drafting pre-award acquisition documents and post-award contract management documents, including Acquisition Plans, Acquisition Strategies, Statements of Work, RFP packages, contract modifications, or technical instructions Experience navigating and using the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations System (DFARS) Experience using Microsoft Office 365 applications and tools Knowledge of contract concepts and contract acquisition laws and regulations Ability to draft all pre-award documentation for an RFP package Ability to analyze contracting and financial metrics Nice If You Have
Experience supporting Acquisition Category (ACAT) and non-ACAT programs Experience with the Defense Acquisition System (DAS) process, Congressional Enactment process, and Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF) Pathways Ability to pay strict attention to detail Strong analytical, problem-solving, research, and organizational skills Strong verbal and written communication skills DoD DAWIA, CFCM, or other Industry certification Clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including location, the individual’s education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
