Overview
What’s the role about? As part of our team, you’ll be joining our Concession at Bloomingdales at Stanford Shopping Center, on a part-time basis as our Brand Specialist, who is responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the store and motivating team members to ensure all sales and operational goals are met and exceeded.
Who you are
You’ll have previous experience within a premium or luxury retail environment
Experienced with being a brand ambassador
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Have excellent organizational and decision-making skills
Ability to work under pressure
What you’ll be doing
Delivering an exceptional customer service experience
Supporting the opening and closing of the Store
Ensuring sales targets are continuously met
Working to meet KPIs for the store
Act as the face of the brand for your store

Pay Range: $20-22 an hour
